Austin Malone

My experiences with competing in and coaching multiple sports led me on the pursuit of becoming a personal exercise and strength coach as well as a manual therapy practitioner. I have a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College and have been working in the industry since graduating in 2015. In addition to formal schooling I have studied and continue to study from some of the best education providers in the industry including The Stretch to Win Institute, The CHEK Institute, and DTS Fitness Education.
My style of coaching is adaptable so that anyone from beginners to well versed athletes can benefit from my specialized knowledge in functional training, powerlifting, and rehabilitation. In addition, I have experience working with individuals who have special needs (more specifically autism and down syndrome). I am also a certified Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist and Adaptive Bodyworks Practitioner which further helps my clients achieve optimal recovery, injury prevention, and pain reduction.
I understand that every client has a different set of needs and requires a personalized approach for success. So, no matter what your health and fitness goals are and where you are in your fitness journey you can rely on me to guide and provide you the best opportunities to achieve success.
